Evidence, ownership, deletion and certification
Short answers, each one checkable against the product or the security page.
How does evidence work?
Every answer is drafted only from passages retrieved from your own knowledge library. Each answer carries the passages it came from, with the document title and page number, so a reviewer can check every sentence against the source in seconds.
What happens when there is no evidence?
The question is marked No evidence found and the platform suggests which kind of document would answer it. Nothing is invented. A reviewer can still write an answer by hand; it stays Unverified until an Approver overrides it, and the activity trail records the override.
Who owns the answers?
You do. Documents, questionnaires, answers and the answer library belong to your organization. The platform holds them only to provide the service, and you can export all of it at any time.
How does deletion work?
Deleting a document removes its chunks from your search index within minutes and deletes the file from storage. Deleting a questionnaire removes its questions, answers, evidence links, comments and activity. Closing an organization removes everything.
Do you train on our data?
No. Customer documents, questionnaires, answers and comments are not used to train or fine tune any model, by the platform or by its providers. Only the passages retrieved for a question are sent to the model, and only to answer that question.
Do you have SOC 2?
Not yet. SOC 2 Type II is planned, and no badge is shown until a report exists. The security page describes the practices in place today, and we complete your own security questionnaire on request.

Plans are priced in USD per organization, monthly or yearly with two months free. At this stage a plan is activated by sales after a short call and invoiced; card payment inside the product is coming.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Indexing pauses at the page limit and drafting pauses at the questionnaire limit, and the usage page shows both. Nothing is deleted. You can remove documents, wait for the next month or move to a larger plan.
